Andy founded Valley Equity Group in 2012 and has since acquired 12 assets over the past 13 years. Rooted in a value-add philosophy, Andy's vision is to maximize the potential of every asset VEG owns. Prior to 2012, Andy owned and operated the largest commercial electrical contractor in the State of Washington. Andy has a B.S. in Construction Management from Washington State University and is the proud father of 3 kids and an avid golfer.
Joe runs Operations at Valley Equity Group, leveraging his background in IT systems management and design. Joe focuses on implementing technology across VEG's operations to improve efficiency and transparency. Prior to VEG, Joe held project management leadership roles at Microsoft and US Bank. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University. Joe is a U.S. Navy veteran, father of 3 boys, and loves skiing and the outdoors.
Dave leads the acquisitions and capital formation efforts at Valley Equity Group. Prior to joining VEG, Dave led acquisitions at Wall Development Group. Dave has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver. A Denver native, Dave is always focused on finding the next opportunity for VEG, along with chasing his two young boys wherever they're going.
